Flea Circus Premiere screening and more!

More exciting news – Flea Circus is having its premiere screening at Soup Lab on the 17th of August from 7:30pm. It’s being screened as a part of 4 days of screenings. You can see the Facebook event here: http://www.facebook.com/events/459513610736908/ This is the first screening of Flea Circus, as it’s not yet available online. If you aren’t able to make it to the screening, it will be available online shortly after the public screening. Don’t let this sway you though!

Automaton, Your Fathers Son and Another Life are also being screened on other nights, so please do keep an eye out. There will also be some other great films by local film makers. Come along and see some cool stuff as well as get to visit Soup Lab, a great new creative space, before it’s open to the public. 🙂

Look forward to seeing you there!

Cannes 2012

In May I went to Cannes for a few days to have a look around at the film festival. It was really interesting to get an idea of how the festival works and see a couple of interesting films.

Have a look through my photo gallery to get a bit more of an idea of what my festival experience was like.

Exciting News!

I have two pieces of exciting film related news:

Flea Circus is complete! I’ve been working on the sound the last few weeks to get it all up to scratch, and it is finally here. We’re hoping to have it screen at Soup Lab in Norwich between the 14th and 18th of August. This will be our premiere screening and it won’t be available online until after then, so keep your eyes peeled for more details. I’m very excited to share it with you all! Here’s a slightly updated trailer:

The other piece of exciting news, is that Automaton is going to be screened at the Tokyo Shure International Film Festival later this month. I’m waiting on more information at the moment. All I know is that I’ve been asked to come and do a Skype Q&A – exciting stuff! You can already see Automaton here.
